Medical staff are invaluable human resources for hospitals in providing quality healthcare services. This research was conducted with the aim of examining the role of human resource management in maintaining the quality of services provided by medical staff in hospitals. The research method used was a qualitative approach by collecting data through in-depth interviews and observations. The main findings indicate challenges such as imbalances in staff numbers and workloads, ineffective performance management systems, compensation issues, and poor multidisciplinary team coordination. The hospital implemented short-term and long-term strategies, including staff rotation, overtime incentives, scholarship programs, 360-degree feedback systems, professional development plans, total compensation systems, and team-building training. The findings emphasize the importance of a holistic and integrated approach to HRM practices, as well as collaboration with relevant stakeholders for effective HRM reform implementation in the health sector. The main recommendations include implementing a comprehensive workload management system, strengthening the 360-degree feedback system and individual development plans, adopting a competitive and personalized compensation system, and increasing operational efficiency through digitalization. Simulation training, interdisciplinary dialogue spaces, and a culture of psychological safety are also recommended to improve communication skills, teamwork, and multidisciplinary coordination.
