According to Jennings et al. (2020), 27-30% of mothers experience only nausea, while 28-52% experience vomiting. Meanwhile, 0.8-3.2% of nausea and vomiting experienced during early pregnancy can progress into Hyperemesis Gravidarum (Trovik, 2016).
This study aims to determine the effect of Lemon Infusion on Nausea and Vomiting among First-Trimester Pregnant Women at the Community Health Center (Puskesmas), Purwokerto Regency, in 2025.
This research was conducted at the Community Health Center, Purwokerto Regency. The researcher employed a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population in this study consisted of 25 first-trimester pregnant women at the Community Health Center in October.
The results of this study obtained a p-value of 0.016 < \alpha (0.05), which means there is a significant effect of Lemon Infusion on Nausea and Vomiting among First-Trimester Pregnant Women at the Community Health Center, Purwokerto Regency, in 2025. It is expected that this can be applied in management to reduce cases of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women by using non-pharmacological therapy with lemon infusion.
